Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Giardinoincanto (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains delivery coverage, shipping arrangements, processing timelines, and related responsibilities to help ensure a clear and reliable delivery experience.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 11.99.

All applicable taxes and any mandatory charges related to shipping are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional fees will be required beyond the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will generally be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will generally be processed starting on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is approximately 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination address, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other logistics factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following logistics providers:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.

You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your registered email address or phone number used for the order.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Damaged or lost items: If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide relevant images or information so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping changes or cancellations: Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If any visible damage, tampering, or irregularities are observed, we recommend documenting the condition with photos (and/or videos) and contacting us as soon as possible for assistance.
