The estimated delivery timeframe is generally between 5 and 8 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery destination and current order volume. To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with trusted logistics providers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post.

Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 11.99. All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the listed price, and no additional fees will be required.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation stage or been handed over to the carrier. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation will no longer be available.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the procedures outlined in our order cancellation policy.
